Step 1: Sign Up for an Account
The first step in using MyHospitalNow is creating an account. With your account, you’ll be able to access all the platform’s features, from finding doctors and booking appointments to managing your healthcare profile.
How to Sign Up:
- Visit the Registration Page: Navigate to the Sign Up page from the homepage.
- Enter Your Details: You’ll need to provide some basic information, such as:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Password (Ensure it’s strong for security)
- Choose Your Role: Select whether you’re registering as a Patient, Doctor, or Hospital. Each role will have different access to features and services.
- Agree to Terms and Conditions: Carefully read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before submitting your registration.
- Email Verification: You’ll receive an email verification link to confirm your email address. Click the link to verify your account.
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be logged in and ready to start using MyHospitalNow!
Step 2: Create and Complete Your Profile
Your profile is where you’ll manage your details, book appointments, and access healthcare services. Here’s how to create and complete your profile.
For Patients:
As a patient, completing your profile helps us match you with the right healthcare providers based on your needs.
- Log in to Your Account: Use your registered email and password to log in.
- Fill in Your Personal Information: Include your name, age, gender, and contact information. This helps us better understand your healthcare needs.
- Health History and Preferences:
- Share your medical history (e.g., chronic conditions, allergies, previous surgeries) to ensure doctors have the relevant information.
- You can also specify your preferred language for communication and your healthcare preferences (e.g., types of treatments or specialists you’re looking for).
- Emergency Contact: Add an emergency contact person, so healthcare providers can reach out in case of an emergency.

For Doctors:
If you’re a doctor, your profile should highlight your medical expertise and availability.

- Log in to Your Hospital Account.
- Add Hospital Information: Include the hospital’s name, address, services offered, specialties, and your team of doctors.
- Add Emergency Contact Information: Ensure patients know how to reach your hospital in case of an emergency.
- Available Services: List available services such as emergency care, surgical procedures, outpatient clinics, etc.
- Staff Information: Include the profiles of leading doctors and staff members to help patients make informed decisions.
Step 3: Explore Available Healthcare Providers
Once your profile is complete, it’s time to start exploring the healthcare providers and services available to you.
For Patients:
You can now search for doctors, hospitals, and nurses based on your needs.
- Use the Search Feature: You can search for healthcare providers by:
- Specialization: Find doctors by their area of expertise (e.g., dermatology, cardiology).
- Location: Find providers close to you based on your zip code or city.
- Name: Choose available names that fit your diseases.
- Read Reviews: Check ratings and reviews from other patients to ensure you’re making the right choice.
- View Profiles: Learn more about each provider’s qualifications, experience, and services offered.

You can also browse through patient requests or hospital inquiries. As a provider, completing your profile will help patients find you more easily.
- Browse Patients: Find patients looking for specific treatments or consults in your specialty.
- Manage Your Schedule: Set your availability, ensuring patients can easily book appointments with you.
Step 4: Book an Appointment
Booking an appointment with MyHospitalNow is simple and easy.
For Patients:
Once you’ve found a healthcare provider you’re comfortable with, it’s time to book an appointment.
- Choose a Provider: From the search results, select a doctor or hospital.
- Pick a Time Slot: Check the provider’s availability and select a time that works for you.
- Enter Appointment Details: You may need to enter additional information, such as the reason for the visit, any symptoms, or medical history.
- Confirm Appointment: Review the details, then click Book Appointment.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your appointment is booked.
Step 5: Attend Your Appointment
After booking, attending your appointment is the next step. Here’s how to prepare for your visit:
For In-Person Appointments:
- Arrive Early: Arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
